Chocolate Poppies100% west Flemish
First worldwar
During the preparations of the commemorations of World War I, which has left its mark in the region until today, Sylvie developed the “Chocolate Poppy” in 2012.
This praline has a filling of caramel with Baileys, coffee, whiskey and dark chocolate of 70% for extra spice. The shape is a replica of the paper flower that is offered for sale annually around November 11 by The Royal British Legion
Exclusivity
Zokola therefore has the exclusive right to produce this delicacy and donates an amount per Poppy sold. The Royal British Legion is the organization that cares for British veterans, including those from the First World War.
