The Best of Ours: Rhubarb
In 2013, when “100% West Flemish” was founded by the province following up “The Best of Ours”, we got in touch with Paul and Katrien from the farm 'Warandehof'. This is an agricultural company that mainly focuses on the cultivation of rhubarb.
The result of this collaboration gave a ball truffle with a double rhubarb filling: a rhubarb ganache and a rhubarb compote.
This is a very fresh praline and a flavour bomb!

This was one of the first partnerships between artisanal producers after the establishment of 100% West Flemish.

This label is awarded to products that meet the following criteria:
- contains as much as possible, ingredients from west Flanders
- traditionally made
- local based
